Nurielle Return & Exchange Policy

At Nurielle, every product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Because many of our items are personal in nature, we uphold a strict yet fair exchange policy to protect both our customers and our brand integrity.


Clothing (Abayas Only)

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Perfumes, Home Fragrances & Accessories

  • For reasons of hygiene and authenticity, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@thenurielle.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
  • Once approved, Nurielle will gladly cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed damage or error.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using insured, trackable shipping, as Nurielle cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
  • All products ending in .98 are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Nurielle reserves the right to decline exchanges for items showing signs of wear, misuse, or noncompliance with this policy.
