Nurielle Shipping Policy

At Nurielle, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience from our boutique to your doorstep.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available where applicable
  • Preorders: Ship within 1–2 weeks after the order date, unless otherwise specified

Shipping Rates (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $8 for orders under $99
  • Free Shipping: Orders $99 and above (before tax and discounts)

Canada Shipping

  • Nurielle currently ships to Canada. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
  • Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Future International Shipping

  • We plan to expand shipping to additional countries in the future. Updates and new shipping options will be communicated on our website as they become available.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Please note that Nurielle is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your order appears lost or stolen, we kindly recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
  • Our team will be happy to offer guidance where possible.
